Guarantees:

We guarantee the genetics of all snakes sold and that they have been sexed correctly. We guarantee that our snakes are healthy and eating. All snakes will have taken a minimum of three meals before being sent to new homes. Unless specified otherwise, hatchlings will be feeding on live rats.

We cannot guarantee the sex of frogs under one year of age. All frogs sold will be at least 3 months out of the water and feeding well.

Shipping: Live arrival is guaranteed if package is picked and opened within one hour of the scheduled delivery time to the hub, or immediately upon home delivery (only available when weather permits).

Policies:

No holds without deposit. Deposits are non refundable.

Payment plans are accepted on groups or individuals priced over $300. A 25% *non refundable* deposit is required, and full payment must be made within 30 days for under $500, or within 60 days for over $500. Animals will not be released until payment is received in full.

Payment can be remitted via PayPal to nebulaexotics@yahoo.com (select Goods and Services, we pay the fees). If purchasing in person we accept cash or card.

Shipping: We ship through Reptiles 2 You, and a quote will be provided prior to purchase. Depending on the weather shipments may need to be held at the FedEx hub or post office for pickup. Shipping date can be subject to weather delays. Frogs and Isopods only ship when temperatures are 50F – 90F. Snakes ship when temperatures are between 38F – 100F.

Please note: Isopods/springtails ship via USPS 2 day for a flate rate of $15 per box (1-4 species per box) which includes insulated shipping box and heat or phase pack. Snake and frog shipping usually runs between $45-70. This includes an insulated box with heat pad/phase pack as needed. Shipping will be suspended during extreme weather and we will not ship outside of recommended temperature guidelines. We ship Monday through Thursday.
